Jobdesc:
- Responsible for HR functions such as employee database, employment contract, etc
- Responsible for Payroll processing and compensation and benefit
- Responsible for Allowance (Business Trip, etc)
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience (at least 1 years) as a People Operation & Services
- Understand HR Operation such as Payroll System, Employment Contract, BPJS System, etc
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws Familiar in HRIS Systems (such as Talenta) would be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Well-organized, attention to details and able to work with deadlines
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
