We are looking for aPeople Operations Manager to be based in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. What you'll do:
Recruitment: Develop a recruitment strategy to source, hire and onboard top-tier talent to join our team in Indonesia
Pipeline Development: Actively partner with the business and Talent Acquisition to develop strategies to strengthen or fill gaps, as needed, to ensure a ready talent pipeline
Process Implementation: Partner with functional HRBP to implement robust HR SOPs for all things people related (talent acquisition, onboarding/ offboarding, records management, performance management, etc.)
People Operations: Manage all people operations processes across the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, retention, offboarding, legal compliance, payroll and personnel administration
Employee engagement & Admin: coordinate and organize company events. Assist in all round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance and pantry supplies etc.

What you'll need:
Undergraduate degree, preferably in HR Management or related discipline
5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably some experience in a start-up or similar fast growth tech organization
Strong knowledge of local labour regulations, HR operations and local recruitment specifics
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Indonesia nationality with excellent written and spoken English
