We are looking for a **People Operations** to join our growing team. This role is based in **Surabaya** and be responsible for managing day-to-day HR & GA operational activities.**Job Description**:- Day-to-day HR and GA operational activities.- Introduce and support People & Culture programs and initiatives to create a unique, successful, and fulfilling workplace.- Make sure that everyone on the team is engaged and productive - the team's success is your success.- Manage General Affairs (office assets), general purchasement & vendors- Own the process of all employees' claims and insurance matters.- Assist in all internal wellness & engagement activities**Requirements**:- 1-2 years People & Culture experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; bonus points for startup experience- Must be a collaborative team player, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be a consultative problem solver- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to lead meetings and presentations, and ability to interface with all levels of people- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humour!- An ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and strike a balance between employee and company needs- Good command in English both verbal and written- Have a good attention to details & resourceful**Salary**: Up to Rp1 per year
