Managing all employee compensation & benefit

Operates the company's monthly payroll & reimbursement

As a person in charge of any payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan or any employee benefit related

Handling all employment documentation within employee's cycle (onboarding - offboarding)

Maintains employee records and database up to date and accurate in our HRIS

Manages any other payroll duties as required by the business
Min 2 years of experience in handling payroll including dealing with Employee Compensation & Benefit, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and PPh21

Familiar with HRIS, Ms. Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and payroll report

Deep understanding of manpower regulation & labor law

Detail Oriented & good communication skills
