Persyaratan
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Payroll Officer
Strong mathematic skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
Advanced computer skills of MS Office (especially Excel least know about lookups, pivot, and filter)
Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Has the ability as a leader also good communication skill
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Meticulous attention to process, detail, and accuracy.
Deadline focused.
Ability to investigate/analyze issues and find solutions.
Ability to work autonomously and in team.
Comprehensive literacy on Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Labor related) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with HRIS/Accounting/Payroll Software is a plus.
Willing to work extra hours when required
Able to join ASAP (As soon as possible)

Tanggung Jawab
Manage and maintain HR system - employees' personal database, leave, etc;
Maintain employee files & records and ensure information is updated
Do payroll calculations, and review payroll calculation for all employee before disbursement;
To ensure our payroll expenses and taxes are paid correctly and timely;
Aware to any payroll changes (e.g.
new hires, terminations, raises), etc;
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and payroll tax obligations;
Work closely with regional Support Team to monitor timesheet
