**Job desc**:
Manage all employee C&B (salary, insurance)
Check on employee attendance, payroll calculation & other supporting components (BPJS, Tax, overtime incentive etc)
Update salary structure according to market standard and relevant industry
Responsible for all C&B regular reporting
Update employee contract periodically according to needs
Other ad-hoc task as required for duty
**Job requirements**:
Bachelor degree graduated
Advance Ms Office especially excel
Stay abreast on industry update on compensation & benefit
Experienced as payroll specialist between 3-5yrs
Good written English, Mandarin would be a plus
