Manage payroll data in the HRIS application by creating guidelines for each wage code, updating data, and aligning it with applicable regulations.
Conduct analysis and evaluation of the implementation of compensation and benefits policies and systems provided to employees, so the results can be used as a basis for improvement programs.
Verify employee data on attendance, overtime, shifts, leave, deductions, and business travel as the basis for paying compensation and benefits.
Process payroll based on accurate data to ensure timely and accurate wage payments.
Manage administrative services and claims submissions related to health insurance and social security employment programs.
Prepare remuneration/compensation and benefits dashboards in accordance with the wage structure and scale, following management guidelines and referring to company regulations.
Coordinate with superiors to reduce wage disparities by referring to the applicable wage structure and scale.
Organize, monitor, and evaluate the implementation of Medical Check-Ups (MCU), life & health insurance, Financial Institution Pension Fund (DPLK), and BPJS to ensure compliance with company regulations.
Carry out tasks assigned by superiors in support of the performance of the Corporate Human Capital Department and the company.
