YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

Process payroll in a timely manner according to the deadline/payroll cut-off
Maintain personnel database regarding salaries
Manage BPJS & DPLK administration
Prepare monthly income tax administration & reconciliation and to comply with the prevailing regulations.
Prepare statistical data to calculate actuarial data.
Manage organization budget and expenses
Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
Work directly with stake holders to achieve organization goals as required
Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expenses.

WHO YOU ARE

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Deep understanding about PPh 21, social security, and all payroll taxation
Payroll SAP knowledge is an advantage
Experience in other HR projects is an advantage.
