Monitor the expiration of the employment contract / work agreement of employees and experts.
Make letters related to Transfers, Promotions, Demotions, Work Certificates, Internal Memos and others.
Ensure the completeness of remuneration components for permanent and contract employees (allowances, absences, leave, overtime, incentives, BPJS, loans, insurance).
Ensure the completeness of remuneration components for experts (attendance, practice fees & other fees) according to the agreement and/or scheme.
Carry out the process of calculating employee salaries and expert fees according to existing salary components and applicable regulations and paying them on time.
Responsible for the calculation of BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, and Pph21 for employees as well as employee insurance.
