Job Description Inputting data and archiving documents
Handling correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) with employee loan customers
Handling Troubleshooting issues related to employee loan products and assisting in providing solutions to HR partners/customers
Collaborating with other internal divisions such as product, engineering, legal, and others to meet the needs of HR partners/customers
Assisting in the preparation of reports or office documents
Guiding HR partners in filling out employee loan data templates
Following up on documents with relevant internal or external parties (HR partners/customers)
Organizing the data room containing employee loan documents
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed by the team or supervisor
Qualifications Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.0.Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail
