**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, preferably highly proficient in the local language.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Engagement, or any other relevant field, with a background in interacting with external parties/stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word or other similar tools.

- Engage with driver - Kopdar
- Help to onboard the driver
- Assist to event or project
- Responsible for developing strategic plans and diligently monitoring their implementation.
- Accountable for partner on-boarding, maintaining high standards of quality assurance, fostering loyalty, and optimizing retention.
- Provide dedicated support to the City Manager to ensure a consistently high retention rate.
