Responsibility
Maintenance supervisors have different technical backgrounds so they can support each other on-site at different paper machine lines.
The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the maintenance tasks according to the annual budget, related maintenance plans and unplanned maintenance tasks. Furthermore, the Maintenance Supervisor contributes to ensure the required plant availability/plant performance (measured by key performance indicators), based on the company's or department's technical objectives of availability and quality, including the following key competences:
to ensure the implementation of maintenance strategies and policies;
plan the maintenance tasks within his area of responsibility, defining and organizing the necessary resources;
to organize, manage and develop the maintenance resources: personnel, materials and equipment;
to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures related to safety, health and environment;
to ensure technical and economic efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance tasks based on current state of technology;
to participate in the technical aspects of contracts and procurement process and manage the performance of the contractors;
to communicate to all necessary partners such as staff, contractors, customer and suppliers
to show leadership on emergency, critical situations in particular, and be a leader for the team on normal running circumstances
to effectively plan, allocate and used any resources necessaries to secure the performance of the plant (materials, ext.labour, contracts…)

Requirements
Hold a diploma/ bachelor degree from technical college.
Solid experience in Maintenance Dept in Paper Mill, with a demonstrated supervisory skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read work instructions and schematics.
Be open and respect other cultures as well as enjoy networking.
Willing to stay and work on customer sites in Pangkalan Kerinci - Riau, Indonesia, with limited travels for business meetings.
