Painter (Hourly)

Description As a Painter, you will have the opportunity to apply coats of paint, primer, and finishing coat to components or finished products. This position involves a variety of tasks required at the painting line, e.g. water-based painting, manual spray painting, surface treatment etc.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

•Carry out production in strict accordance with procedures. Actively seek to raise work efficiency.
•Strictly follow regulations in wearing the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) for the role. Strictly abide by all safety regulations to avoid accidents or injury.
•Strictly enforce other company rules and regulations. Promptly complete any other work assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
•Assisting in quality analysis and problem-solving.
•Completing paperwork as necessary.
•Performing maintenance of paint equipment daily or as needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

•At least vocational school or equivalent qualification.
•Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Good safety and quality awareness, able to operate in strict accordance with regulations and procedures.
•Related work experience as a painter or fitter.

Desired Qualifications:

•Good interpersonal skills, responsible and team-oriented.
•Basic computer skills.
