Paid Marketing Specialist - Retail

**Job desc**:- Responsible for strategy plan & execution in paid channel marketing- Create, monitor and optimize performance- Coordinate with PMM, social media and creative team for 360 marketing campaign**Qualification**:- Digital marketing role experience in startup environment at least 1 year, preferably in retail or marketplace business- Have knowledge in internet marketer or social commerce field is point plus- Data-driven, experience in reviewing performance and optimizing results- Familiar doing proper A/B testing with various objectives
