About This Role
At Glints, we care deeply about making sure our people are on the right bus and the right seat. We’re on the lookout for an Outbound Demand Generation Lead to join our commercial team to grow our business in Asia.

You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to grow our business by spearheading the outbound lead generation activities in our hyper growth phase by creating an effective workflow to succeed our Sales Development Representative team in generating quality leads so our Business Development team can convert them to Deal Won (company signed). You will be a key part of scaling our business from 1 to 100.

Responsibilities
Provide glints with quality leads that can be proceed to have a meeting with our business development team and make sure 80% of the leads converted as our clients

Manage a team of highly productive Sales Development Representatives to achieve high conversion rates by continually training and coaching them.

What We Are Looking For/Qualifications
Motivated self-starter (hustle mentality) You have to be relentlessly resourceful and a quick problem solver with a high standard view towards life and past work experience, also getting things done creatively while keeping an eye on the goal. Target oriented & process driven Ambitious and aggressive towards goal Having attention to detail, with a process and solution oriented mindset Expert at lead generation: Excellent track record of cracking & well-running top funnel lead generation (not only processing given leads) Strong understanding of outbound lead generation funnel (emphasize more on this because of ID sales engine) Strong understanding of inbound lead generation funnel Understand Ideal Customer Profiling or Targetting - have past experience on building a workflow for the team/department. Strong understanding of leads management Past experience in both quantity and quality (quantity of leads and its conversion to won) Excellent past experience in managing leads generation activities especially with Consultative sales strategy (eg: constant routine of cold-calling, qualifying, conversations happening, etc) Leadership and People management skills: Hired and led a team with min 15-20 pax with great results and high retention rate. Great team retention annually ((90%) past experience in hiring, training, mentoring, coaching and/ or grooming team members & improving working performances (Interview questions: Tell me your proudest grooming experience) Managing C players out Working with Systems: Have past experience working with CRM tools / call center software or systems to ensure team productivity and results - either online and offline.
