**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Accurately input and manage data.
- Compile data and generate reports in a timely manner.
- Assist our Account Executive team with collecting necessary documents and information from clients.
- Answer internal and external inquiries pertaining to the onboarding and document review process.
- Collaborate with other teams within Operations, Sales, and Compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role with a start-up
- Believe in lifelong learning.
- Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Detail-oriented is must.
- Willing to do flexible schedules.
- Able to work remotely and efficiently.
- Able to use Confluence, Jira, Excel (or Google Sheets).
- A positive and resilient attitude (flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
