Job Description

Eats Operations Support Executive role at Traveloka will support both administrative and non administrative related tasks and projects and ensure the continuity related to daily activities of Business Operations and Revenue Team in specific and Eats Team in generalJob Description
Provide administrative support for expense report submission appointed (e.g. Operations Advance & Report, Purchasing order and Non Purchasing Order, Invoices, and agreements), ensure compliance when filling in the report and follow up with Department related (e.g Revenue and Finance Team, Tax, Legal, People Ops and OFM Team)
Update operational report and tracker related within the team
Maintain the stock of business kits for team appointed, ensure process compliance, keeping up with vendors for production/payment related and organized the storage
Provide assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for Business Operations and Revenue Team/ Team appointed
Update and follow up for any request and issues from Business Operations and Revenue Team / Team appointed
Supporting in any events related to Business Operations and Revenue Team/ Team appointed (both administrative and non administrative)

Qualifications

Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
At least Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Tourism, or other fields from top local universities with strong academic results
Excellent administrative, structural thinking skill is required
A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence in a multicultural setting
Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes
Passion in making the world better through technology

Office Location: Traveloka Campus, BSD City, South Tangerang, Banten
