**Job summary**:
The goal of the Senior Operations Specialist is to support the Global Sales team with operational matters to ensure it can work in the most effective and efficient way.
This includes a broad variety of responsibilities such as improving processes and tools, compiling management reports and analysing data, supporting internal projects, and developing onboarding process and materials.
**Main tasks & responsibilities**:

- Maintain, update, improve and develop internal tools, processes, training materials and templates.
- Work closely with the Senior Operations Specialist Sales to support the Director of the Sales team with any operational matters and requests.
- Support the Global Sales team with operational issues and questions, in coordination with the Regional Operations team.
- Conduct data analysis tasks, to monitor business metrics and performance of the Global Sales team and support decision making.
Organise the results in compelling presentations or reports.
- Support Global Sales internal projects, aimed at enhancing efficiency or offering South Pole's clients an optimal customer experience.
- Update the onboarding process and tools training for new Sales team members.
- Contribute to the global Salesforce and revenue data checks to maintain data quality.
- Contribute to ensuring effective and efficient information flow within the Sales team, and between Sales and other departments (e.g.
Marketing, Solutions).
**Requirements**:
Essential
- A university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Political Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or related disciplines.
- Entry-level relevant work experience, conducting operational tasks effectively.
- Experience in situations where attention to detail was required.
- Experience in working in small teams, ideally within an international and multicultural context.
- Advanced skills with the use of Google Drive, IT platforms and technologies.
- A proactive, diligent and independent approach.
- Strong organisational skills: ability to multitask, focus and prioritise.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, enjoy working with and supporting others.
- Process-oriented, with a taste for efficiency increase.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.
- Good prioritisation and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms.
