The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Strategic, project-based role focusing on scaling up Shopee Xpress
- Drive high-impact growth and operational excellence project in a fast-paced environment with nation-wide scale
- Support ongoing initiative to ensure effective and on-time implementation, often through coordination with other departments
- Monitor key operational metrics and report business and project implementation progress regularly
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management, Master of Business Administration holder will be an advantage
- Prior experience in project management from a tech-startup / management consulting / Management Trainee Graduate will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel (Pivot, INDEX MATCH, IF functions) and Ms. PowerPoint
- Fluency in English with strong analytical and interpersonal skill
- Independent contributor with a can-do attitude
- Willing to work in a full-time based postion
