The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Conduct routine inspection to Sortation Centre (SOC) and Hubs of Shopee Xpress to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operation- Inspect the operating compliance in Sortation Centres and Hubs (based on the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) as well as identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification- Assess the Sortation Centre and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklist- Summarise and report key findings from the inspection on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly) focusing on the bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce cost**Requirements**:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance and / or Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) compliance- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fields will be an advantage- Familiar with logistic Key Performance Indicator (KPI), metric, system, and flow- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards- Highly flexible, collaborative, and able to work independently- Good communication skills and easy to adapt to the new environment- Willing to do work mobile to visit Sortation Centres (SOC) or Hubs to conduct an audit (shift working hours)- This position is only applicable for six months of contract-based employment- Willing to be placed in Medan
