Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Conduct routine inspection to Sortation Centre (SOC) and Hubs of Shopee Xpress to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operation- Inspect the operating compliance in Sortation Centres and Hubs (based on the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) as well as identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification- Assess the Sortation Centre and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklist- Summarise and report key findings from the inspection on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly) focusing on the bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce cost**Requirements**:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance and / or Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) compliance- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce fields will be an advantage- Familiar with logistic Key Performance Indicator (KPI), metric, system, and flow- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards- Highly flexible, collaborative, and able to work independently- Good communication skills and easy to adapt to the new environment- Willing to do work mobile to visit Sortation Centres (SOC) or Hubs to conduct an audit (shift working hours)- This position is only applicable for six months of contract-based employment- Willing to be placed in Medan
