**We will count on you to**:
- Collect and analyzes client information, including process in system, and assists the post-sales (servicing) client teams to present information to clients and make appropriate recommendations in the area of Client On-Boarding, Placement, and Policy Servicing.
- Assists in the client renewal process by providing administrative support and reviewing documents to ensure that communication and process flows smoothly between the internal team and the client.
- Ensures the client servicing activities during the insurance policy period (e.g.
Endorsements) are supported, tracked, and followed-up within the agreed SLA.
- Manages and records client and carrier communications in workflow system to ensure timely follow up and review by client team.
- Adheres to Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy, broking standards, and continues to learn new policies and standards.
**What you need to have**:
- Minimum D3 degree (S1 is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years in client-facing role in insurance industry (insurance broker is preferred) in the area of servicing or operations
- Certification in General Insurance or Insurance Broking will be highly considered
- Good communicator, collaborator, and problem solver
- Good in Excel and Power Point
- Good in English (verbal and written)
