THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED What you will do: Design, develop, and implement driver-partner acquisition processes Focus on building up the supply of Motorcycle, MPVs, Van, and Pickup Bak in Semarang and the surrounding Hands-on offline driver-partners acquisition & onboarding Setup driver's SOP and in-charge of driver-partners quality Increase Lalamove's brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles Maintain order fulfillment corporation and non-corporation Achieve total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs What we seek: Experienced in operations background, preferably from a startup company Posses relevant knowledge of the Semarang market Ability to communicate in local languages is preferable Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and attentive to details Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English Experience and familiar with Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
