Operational Leader

**Responsibilities**- Manage and maintain WhatsApp usage for telemarketing agents- Generate and analyze performance reports- Coordinate with other departments for necessary resources- Conduct quality checks on recorded calls- Assist in training new telemarketing agents- Handle administrative tasks and troubleshoot technical issues- Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency**Requirements**:- Proficient in English (active)- Have experience in Fintech is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong organizational and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite- Detail-oriented and adaptable to change- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities**Office**: Kino Tower, Alam Sutera - Tangerang**Working Days** : Monday - Saturday**Salary**: From Rp5,500,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Availability to JoinAbility to Commute:- Tangerang (preferred)
