Operational Excellence

**Job Summary**:
Undertake analysis and review of operational data and contribute to the development and administration of policies and procedures to deliver an effective service that is compliant with all relevant legislation and best practice across a subsection of Operations.
**Job Qualifications**:
Required:

- Bachelors Degree or Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- 2 or more years of experience in the Operational Excellence area
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Microsoft Access skills

**Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities**:

- Direct the development, coordination, and administration of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulators as well as the tax law as applicable.
- Work with the legal, tax, and compliance departments on compliance issues related to annuity products.
- Direct and coordinates operations for annuities.
- Provide a prompt, accurate and complete service to policyholders.
