We have an exciting opportunity to join our Vaccine Team at Sanofi Ukraine as an Operation Trainee. You will be given a chance to take responsibility very early in your career and develop your skills in challenging work environment participating in several business initiatives and coordination within Sanofi Pasteur. You will have an overview of business from Supply chain to promotion in a vaccine worldwide leading company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation and follow-up of Sanofi Pasteur Ukraine governance;
Support Sales Force project and team, implement KPIs
Support Sales Manager in daily administrative tasks
Project coordinator (external sales force agency, regional projects);
External event coordinators in line with Marketing manager and Field force;
Training coordinator for Sales force for new materials after alignment with Medical and Marketing;
Assisting with the analyses of sales report , market data , marketing activities
Helping organize marketing regional events
Taking part in weekly and monthly reporting preparation on the KPIs
REQUIREMENTS:
Last-years student or fresh graduate in Pharmacy university(preferable);
Preferred fields of study : Data Science , Business Analytics , Marketing , Finance
Structured , committed , communicative person
Intermediate English;
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Good analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident MS office Users : Power Point , Excel
Ability to work on multiple projects, work effectively with cross-functional partners
Proactive, self-driven
