Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or relevant technical qualifications. Knowledge / experience of working in a manufacturing environment is desired. Those with plant operation experience is preferred. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia. Prior working experience in Indonesia will be an added advantage. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead the entire operation of bleaching earth manufacturing (sourcing, procurement, production, QA and supply chain). Responsible for profit and loss account of the operating centre. Coordinate with sales and marketing team on sales related activities. Lead mining team and coordinate with miners on the supply of raw material. Liaise with government and local authorities.
