Develop operations level to achieve each outlet?s financial, operational and customer-service goals, while addressing each outlet?s unique strengths and challenges.
Achieve specific sales and cost targets with the assistance of the entire operational teams.
Responsible for public relation initiatives, marketing communication and event planning.
Maintain the restaurant?s brand image in terms of customer service, food quality and overall experience.
Train, develop, evaluate and motivate Restaurant Managers and team members in order to achieve the company?s goals and standards.
Provide expertise on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations and company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Max 40 years old.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Tourism or Hotel Management.
At least 3 years experience as Operations Manager (minimum 5 locations).
Proficiency in English.
Understands food and beverage costing, management and operations.
Understands fast casual restaurant model.
