**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee multiple retail stores within the Jakarta area, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Train, motivate, and support store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with operational procedures, visual merchandising standards, and customer service protocols.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing and HR, to execute promotional campaigns, staffing plans, and employee training initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations across all store locations.
- Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales forecasts, and operational metrics to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the retail industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and senior management.
- Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management best practices.
- Familiarity with retail software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Jakarta area.
