GAIA DENTAL STUDIO - a part of a new and innovative dental company based in Indonesia and Australia - is hiring!**OPERATION AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST****REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Marketing, or has experience in Customer Service, Marketing Strategist, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) field.- Last GPA min. 3.50.- Have a professional manner both written and verbal.- Have an attentive and empathetic personality towards others.- Have a high self-initiative, motivation, and curiosity for learning and growing with others.- Possess leadership, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.- Have a great engagement skills to build rapport with others. An extroverted personality is preferable.- Fast learner and able to adjust to a foreign and fast-paced work culture and environment.- Technology savvy person.- Fluent in English is a must both written and verbal.**RESPONSIBILITY**:a) Being the customer care and support for the company's products for both Indonesia and Australia.b) Identify and acquire new prospects with basic business analysis.c) Recommend to customers which is the most effective approach to choose when offering products.d) Mediate between the customer and the company to solve the problem and think and come up with an offering for a win-win solution as the customer representative.e) Collect and analyze regular reviews of the business and important customers in order to better understand projects in the future and customers' expectations.f) Make use of high-tech analysis tools, working on CRM and business intelligence to improve the response rate.g) Cross-collaboration with internal teams neutralizes issues effectively and efficiently and delivers on customers as a company representative.h) Install a system of cross-functional communication to guarantee customer satisfaction with the products and assess the quality of assurance metrics.i) Provide customers with great experience and service, efficiently implement the procedures and policies of the company into executing an innovative process.k) Work with the Operational team to train the new potential staff in the Customer Engagement department.l) Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.**BENEFITS**:1.
