We claimed ourselves as the pioneer ed-tech platform focusing on developing digital skills through a defined learning path and diverse learning style to provide confidence in career growth for young talent.Currently, our technology team will expand and getting bigger to create an impact for our technology education in Indonesia and currently we're looking for Operation AnalystReview company policies, business process, product process, and operational process of academy teamAnalyze and Review departement, sub department process under operational teamAnalyze data and information to identify operatinal problems and academy product opportunitiesWork closely with stakeholders and executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goalsRecommend and update policies and procedures to improve academy performanceEnhance workflow and cross-departmental engagementsCollaborate with stakeholders to improve operational process and cost-effectiveness across all productsCreate monthly and adhoc reports to stakeholders include management on key findings and assessmentsKeep updated on industry and market trends especillly in academy operational areaMinimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional settingExperienced in Data Management & Data processingExcellent analytical and research skillsMust be able to work with mínimal supervisionGood interpersonal skills to work with different management levelsStrong business acumen & operational acumenStrong in arithmetic and able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
