**Responsibilities**:
**1) Schedule activities**
- **Plan and strategize monthly activities**
- **Communicate with the 3rd parties to get the details of their classes or talk.
**
- **Promote on-going activities or news to the community**
- **Make sure the activities are smooth and part is working.
**

**2) Listening and engaging community**
- **Have personal discussions with each of the talents to understand them better.
**
- **Redirect any issues or concerns from talents to respective departments**
- **Generally, becoming a helpdesk to talents in the community - replying and engaging talents**

**3) Plan and strategy**
- **Strategize to develop the community**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
