Job description**About the job**:Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis.Resolve and close incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines.Escalate unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales.Ensure tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved.Liaise with clients, other IT support groups and 3rd party providers when necessary.Perform staging of PCs.Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change).Conduct hardware and software maintenance and support.Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents and/or VIP requests.Coordinate with Service Desk for hardware repair.Assist with Site Security Officer (SSO) on IT security issues and virus elimination.Assist local Server Team when server maintenance is required.Be in charge of special events coverage/conference support.Conduct local network support and/or assist centralized network team.**About you**:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant technical fields.3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, with strong expertise in hardware.Fluent English communication to support international teams.Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.Good customer interface skills/interpersonal skills.Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices.A team player.Ability to work under pressure.Who are we?Amaris Consulting is an independent technology consulting firm providing guidance and solutions to businesses.
