Business Operations and Support (BOS)has a permanent opportunity for anOmnichannel Leadwith leadership capabilities to join their high performing team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations & Support, the purpose of the role is to drive a culture of omni-channel excellence and Lead the Omni-Channel-Engagement (OCE) strategy andframework to ensure best-in-industry customer experience.
The scope of the role will include Multi-Channel Excellence. This will require setting the omni-channel vision for the organisation and providing the leadership and developmentnecessary for the OCE Managers to deliver on this. You will lead the OCE governance committee and lead the implementation of the ANZ Omni-channel strategy so you will need to have excellent presentation, prioritisation and communication skills.
As a strong strategic thinker you will work closely with business stakeholders to define the customer engagement journey, ensuring alignment across all business units for a seamless customer experienceand dive and implement best practice digital and performance analytics through alignment with businessstrategy and strengthening engagement of metrics by demonstrating ROI and providing insights tobusiness partners.
You will be working closely with ITS to enable new technologies in alignment with global frameworks, timelines andlocal business need and acting on behalf of the ANZ business in global discussions regarding the phasing of new technologysolutions and ensuring the right solution for our business. This role will be toidentify MCE capability gaps and collaborate with appropriate providers and resources both internally and externally to address them so decision making and negotiation skills will be required.
You will have a keen interest in keeping an eye on the changing MCE environment and best practices through regular participation ininternal workshops, relevant external symposia, time in field, regional and global events and competitoractivities.
You will be working proactively with global stakeholders and teams to ensure effective local implementation of global strategies, performance tracking and best practice ideas
You will bring:
2+ years’ experience Leading cross-functionalteams
Marketing or Omnichannel Experience 3+ years
Strategic leadership skills and experience inproactive problem solving with a focus onomnichannel or marketing
Demonstrated experience managing third partysuppliers
Strong project management skills, delivers ontime
Ability to work effectively in cross-functionalteams and leads through others
Bachelors or higher level of degree in business,marketing or human science
Launch experience in healthcare/healthcare Industry experience and experiencemanaging market research projects an advantage
Post-graduate business or marketingqualifications/Digital or multi-channel qualifications desirable
