**Requirements**:
- Min D3/S1 in telecommunication, computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent
- Min 7 years experience in FTTX Access Network (especially technical experience in survey, design & implementation of FTTX access active & passive network), FTTH, and FTTB
- Familiar with CME Power System (power system, rectifier, UPS, batterym grounding system)
- Have experience in MPLS network, metro routers of ISP
Responsibility:
- Survey and Design Network Solution for proposed HRBs
- Responsible for the design and supervise implementation of a FTTH Network access service solution in HRBs with the best possible customer experience.
Including uplink, distribution cable, OLTs and CME power infrastructure
- Manage vendor of OLT and Passsive Cable in term of design, engineering, & implementation
- Manage internal team & responsible for integration the HRBs Networks & OLTs with existing active and provision system
- Provide necessary documents for handover projects to Ops and NOC
