Nursery Teacher

Our client is now recruiting an ambitious and personable teacher for the role as an Early Years teacher.

This international Early Years school is located in an affluent area in the Surabaya area. The international school has a clean, safe and secure environment enable students and teachers to have a comfortable learning and teaching environment. The total number of students enrolled in the school at present is 100 and is expected to increase by another 50-80 by August 2014.

The school is within an exclusive residential area and the campus is fully equipped such as air conditioned classrooms, library, computer lab, science lab, art room, music room, dance room, auditorium, basketball room, running tracks, medical room, indoor and outdoor playground.

Job specification:

**Understand Reggio Emilia and the developmental needs of primary students
**Strong ability to measure the essential elements of the Reggio Emilia using a range of assessment strategies
**Understand different approaches to different level students
**Actively engaged in curriculum development
**Strong ability to manage students’ behaviour in class
**Maintain health and safety of all students during all activities
**Supervise and assist all students to reach their level
**Communicate effectively with parents and make sure they aware of their child learning development
