In this role, you will be the backbone of customer support for Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to their subscriptions and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with subscription management, billing inquiries, and service-related questions. Efficiently resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to offer informed assistance. Fluency in Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based or related services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
