Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and online chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding product listings, account management, and platform functionalities. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance the overall user experience. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and feedback from customers to improve the platform. Stay informed about platform updates, features, and best practices to offer knowledgeable support. Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Prior experience in customer support, especially within the e-commerce or online marketplace sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer resolution. Familiarity with online platforms and CRM systems. A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
