Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Responsible for resolving and/or taking action when complaints or emergencies that may occur while on duty
- Check accommodations, make sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival, and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate.
- Act as manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Head of Front Office Department dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests, and any other issues that may arise.
- Making sure all daily reports are completed exactly on schedule
- Responsible for assisting in a "hands-on" capacity should the need arises
- Other responsibilities that may be delegated according to operational needs
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Conversational English is a MUST
- Well-groomed, polite, guest-service oriented
- Excellent customer service skills, honest and disciplined
- Familiar with Rhapsody Realta system
- Willing to be relocated at Terminal 2E, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rp500,000,000 - Rp600,000,000 per month
