Network Provisioning Specialist

- Responsible and coordinated in analyzing the handling of disruption of service users and providing analysis of root problems for 7x24 hours of support in accordance with the SLA that has been set.
- Responsible for carrying out the activation or provisioning process according to service requests to the entire network system in accordance with the specified SLA and ensuring the provisioning process in the NMS.
- Responsible for the process of deployment / implementation and integration of network systems / infrastructure that works with related teams and partners, and ensures the provisioning process in the NMS.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of uptime on the network system as a whole and periodically making and monitoring maintenance of the network system in accordance with the specified Operational Level Agreement.
- Responsible for carrying out technical support in managing network systems related to access management and overall network security.
- Responsible for coordinating with the vendor or partner to get the technical support needed in the customer's delivery service process.
- Responsible for carrying out and verifying the administrative system regarding backup & restore systems, problems, and change management for all required components.
- Responsible for making daily activation, incident (user and network infrastructure) reports and support in the accuracy of the NE database, Site, and Network topology.
