Our Indonesia office is looking for a National Working Capital Manager to join their Finance team.
You will be responsible to plan, develop, and implement the Working Capital strategy.
**YOUR ROLE **:The National Working Capital Manager manages the business performance by acting as a partner to the Business Unit / Functional Units while at the same time being able to pro-actively manage and mitigate any risks that might arise.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To be responsible for working capital management, including the distribution of working instructions, monitoring the implementation, leading the team to monitor KPI + internal control systems (ICS), and providing on-going training to branches to support their improvement.
- To mitigate operational inefficiencies and explore automation opportunities within the Finance system to ensure smoother process flows.
- Lead and implement corporate transformation projects/tools in Indonesia.
- To provide the monthly report to the Regional office for Working Capital MIS and Monthly Working Capital report on the web-forms.
- To monitor the month-end and year-end closing processes related to Working Capital.
- Perform credit assessment of potential customers before on-boarding customers.
- Perform weekly reviews of overdue customers with the local management team and come up with action plan to ensure collections.
- To support the team by overall monitoring of the department and leading continuous improvement initiatives to improve the overall efficiency of the function.
- To prepare documents for internal audit and external audit checking and coordination.
- To ensure Costs are kept below budget.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES **:KEY ATTRIBUTES
- 2-5 years of work experience as Working Capital Manager/Finance Manager
- Minimum University bachelor degree in Finance/Economic.
MBA preferred
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting (Cost sensitive, value focused, showing strong ownership attitude)
- Highly self-motivated and directed

- Process and business driven approach
- Supply Chain experience is an advantage
