Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales & Marketing Management / Generalist programs to maximize profitability and manage activities concerned with business development, pricing research and strategy, media planning, analytics and strategy, medical product market analytics, brand licensing and e
- commerce strategy
- Research and evaluate the Sales & Marketing policies, monitoring their deployment and achievement in order to enhance the effectiveness of Sales & Marketing strategies
- Prepare Sales & Marketing plans and policies to translate current/ future business needs and challenges into effective Sales & Marketing plans for Galderma
- Execute Sales & Marketing plans and policies related to business development, pricing research and strategy, media planning, analytics and strategy, medical product market analytics, brand licensing and e
- commerce strategy.
- Prioritize and coordinate transformation and change of Sales & Marketing policies and processes if required
- Understand and analyse ongoing Sales & Marketing processes like development of alliance/channel/network partnerships, network cost/pricing, competitor analysis, R.O.I.
(Return on Investment), evaluation of digital marketing analytics and strategy, economic value of products and therapies with clinical and quality of life outcomes data, market access and reimbursement strategies, expansion of brand presence within brand

- commerce strategies and merchant development and support

Identifying any need for improvement and implementing programs and policies that better suit the needs of Galderma
- Develop and formulate strategies and policies to meet business needs by coordinating key Sales & Marketing activities to provide effective and efficient activities

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing
- 5-7 years in Sales Management
