An attractive, newly created National HR Manager job has just opened up at a rapidly expanding European manufacturing company based in East Jakarta. In this job, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR strategic direction and implementation.
About the National HR Manager Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for handling A-Z human resources management. You will also take the lead in executing several HR projects for Indonesia region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Human Resources function including handling policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, organisational development, training, performance management and industrial relations
Develop, improve and drive HR programmes and initiatives according to corporate objectives
Find solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to the plant manager
Identify needs in training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary
Provide guidance to managers and employees in personnel matters and guidelines, and services delivered. Handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
Formulate, implement and maintain local HR plan and budget. Implement and maintain human resources policies and processes in line with the global human resource strategy for own area/business/function to establish competitive programmes and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Other ad hoc HR projects
To succeed in this National HR Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of five years' experience in HR role area, both in operations and strategic area
Coming from reputable and top tier university in Indonesia/overseas
Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related areas and above
Solid experience in supply chain related industry is a plus
Understand and practical knowledge of labour laws and Statutory returns
Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must
