This is a regional program management role to manage the consumer bank exit related activities & associated inter-linkages with Asia TTS O&T end to end through proper planning & flawless execution and to ensure a smooth client experience & no impact to BAU during the transition. Major responsibilities involve business analysis, requirement elicitation, project assessment, FTE & financial impact analysis of process migration and local/regional changes and project related documentation for Treasury and Trade Services Operations for the related overlap with Consumer Segment across processes in TTS Ops purview. The role requires coordination with regional/ global teams for project execution and Liaison with various internal stakeholders including Compliance, Product, Technology Partners, Regional Product leads, Consumer Team leads and regulatory bodies as applicable. Work closely with team and all other internal partners & assist Project Lead along with updating country/regional seniors on regular basis with milestones/status & flagging off any risk/concern areas and drive the Project deliverables to timely implementation. **Responsibilities:** + Manages & coordinates for large multi-faceted project or multiple projects at the same time under the Project lead. + Independently handles the work-stream deliverables and reach out to various stakeholders to get the required inputs and perform the necessary independent validation & screening + Uses best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholders/customers needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes. + Facilitates & assist executing for end results of the project as a representative of the business by working closely with the multiple stakeholders Operations, Product, and other CCC members to define a project scope and objectives for project members. + Assist in assessing project risk definition and prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports. + Ensure in enforcing the use of good project management practices such as techniques in resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored and controlled. + Ensuring timely reporting & escalation in order to meet the project requirements/timelines Assess potential problems, assist involving concerned people together to solve problems and evaluate on the problem resolutions & closure + Promotes partner involvement through effectively communicating project status upward and to the Client. + Communicates to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues. + Promotes good working relationships across a project. **Qualifications:** + 6-10 years of project management experience preferably from a Banking Operations environment + PMP certification strongly preferred, Six Sigma a plus. + Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals. + Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics. Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis. + Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk. + Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them; clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required. + Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat Professional. + Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology. + Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills **Education:** + Bachelor's/University degree, Masters degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
