**Description:**

Role is to support Operation and service readiness for Payments and Receivables programs with objective of better client experience and digital day1. Assist to review the end to end changes for regional countries for various applications prior to implementation in terms of functional training, supporting security matrix controls and understand various roles and responsibility. Responsible to ensure clean audit results for the projects executed. Define the testing process, create test scripts based on the Business requirement and functional requirement document. Collaborate with product, technology and operations for execution and setups. Work to find the opportunity to improve the execution and suggest solutions to address the issue. Being responsible for delivery across regions and manage the deliverables for the global program along with timely escalation and providing solution for the challenges. Be TTS APAC representation for global incident management reporting incidents and ownership for the issues reported with the solution owner as Operations. Collate the Operations requirements and work with technology on the implementations. Manage to track the complete software life cycle of the projects.

**Specific responsibilities include:**

+ For the regional TTS cash and channel projects assisting with business case, review business requirements, gap analysis, and feasibility study in long term benefit, requirement and solution review with stakeholders.

+ Work with stakeholders on Operations readiness and align with project plan

+ Work with regional and global teams to lead the implementation of emerging products like eWallets, Virtual accounts, Payer ID etc..

+ Be key partner for Data Governance review and work to lead the data quality related discussions.

+ Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements

+ Meet with end users to understand business needs, write requirements, conduct walkthroughs on requirement documents and obtain Project Sponsor, Product and Operations approvals.

+ Review of Functional Requirements to Business Requirements to ensure Technology has understood and met the end users needs/expectations.

+ Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups

+ Partner with Technology, Product and Operations Management Teams to prioritize delivery of key projects.

+ Knowledge of Agile methodology

+ Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving

+ Lead team of business analysts and testers to achieve on-time and with-quality production delivery dates for system enhancements for multiple Cash projects.

+ Collaboration with Technology on any project delays, risk assessment and risk mitigation plans.

+ Status reporting to Project Stakeholders, Product and Operations Partners

+ Prepare Post project MIS, lessons learned and conduct continuous process improvement reviews

+ Understand the bank environment and compliance and regulatory requirements

+ Work with regional and global team and implement the best standards across teams.

**Qualifications:**

+ 12+ years of managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 5 years in a professional management role

+ 5+ years of work experience in banking, may include consumer or transaction services, financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination of with at least 3 years relevant experience in a project management capacity.

+ A firm understanding and working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

+ Excellent TTS Cash Product Knowledge is required.

+ Ability to lead and influence people across cultures at a senior level using expert business judgment, excellent communication and listening skills, and resourcefulness

+ Manages ambiguity and adapts to and drives change

+ Appropriately assesses risk / reward relationships when making decisions

+ Strategic thinker to make appropriate decision for team and organization growth.

+ Ability to take ownership and lead projects with a proactive, not reactive, approach

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.

+ Willing to take ownership, and able to independently drive initiatives to conclusions

+ Ability to perform well in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment

+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications

+ Proactive to take lead in investigating issues and accountable for resolution.

+ Identify the improvements in the process and look for team efficiency

+ Responsible, organized, responsive and able to multitask under pressure.

+ Good interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate with Business Partners assertively yet tactfully

+ Able to learn quickly and be detail oriented

+ Experience on people management

+ Bachelor's Degree Required.
