Motion Graphics Designer

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Creating character sketches for new animations based on design briefs
- Designing backgrounds, sets and other elements of the animated environment
- Working with the story editors to merge the various layers of animation
- Recording dialogue for the animation, where necessary
- Collaborating with other creatives including designers, photographers and other animators to finalize projects.
- Ensure the consistency of visual style and brand guidelines in motion graphic designs.
**Skills Requirement**:

- Hands-on Experience to Create visually engaging and compelling motion graphics using industry-**standard software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Cinema 4D.

- Design and animate motion graphics elements, including **typography, illustrations, icons, and visual effects.

- Develop storyboards and concepts for motion graphic projects, presenting ideas to stakeholders for approval.
- Ensure the consistency of visual style and brand guidelines in motion graphic designs.
- Work with audio tools like Adobe Audition or sound libraries to synchronize sound effects and background music with motion graphics.
- Optimize motion graphic designs for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, presentations, and video productions.
