Fair treatment for employees means we establish clear goals, facilitate our employees to achieve them, and value their contribution to the company with equitable benefits.What you'll do:Create motion design or video editing which in line with the creative direction that inspires, inform, or captivate viewers;Work with creative and marketing teams to understand project scope and objectives;Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic project;Develop style frame and stillomatic to visualize concepts and communicate ideas.What you'll need:Excellent motion graphic and video editing skill with high sensitivity to adapt to various styles and approach;Have great taste in design and trends;Have 2 years of graphic design experience including video production design and animation;Have the ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design;Have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage time effectively;Mastering the essential motion graphic and video editing software;Have the skill in designing 3D video is a plus.Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google etc.)
