REQUIREMENTS

* Pendidikan S1 Teknik atau yang relevan

* Pria / Maksimal 35 tahun

* Penempatan Surabaya dan Kalimantan Timur

* Pengalaman 3 th sebagai MOCO Officer untuk lulusan S1

* Pengalaman 5 th sebagai MOCO Officer untuk lulusan D3

* Mengetahui tentang HSE System

* Memahami Mining & Hauling Business Process

* Menguasai Microsoft Office, Excel, Acsess, Power point, Visio

* Mampu melakukan presentasi

* Mampu membuat fore cast produksi

* Mampu membuat laporan analisa pencapaian produksi

* Mampu membuat laporan analisa sederhana atas deviasi yang terjadi

* Mampu menganalisa penyebab deviasi yang terjadi serta mengkomunikasikan

kepada pihak pihak yang terkait

* Mampu mengevaluasi penyebab deviasi yang terjadi dan memberikan umpan balik

kepada departemen lain atau pihak Site, serta mampu memberikan saran untuk

menurunkan deviasi ketidaktercapaian target

* Mampu melakukan monitoring budget

* Menguasai ketrampilan negosiasi
