Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancement of Microsoft 365

Continuously develop solutions and collaborate closely with stakeholders to tailor solutions for business needs using Microsoft 365

Work with global teams to understand their requirements and to achieve the best performance utilizing Microsoft 365

Analyze, design, implement, and deploy solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform

Create any required documentation to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer

**Requirements**:
Showcase a proven track record of effectively managing a diverse range of service requirements

A strong passion for working with Microsoft 365 technologies

Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Microsoft 365 Technologies especially in user adoption within Microsoft 365

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful approach to tackling challenges

Understand the development process

Familiarity with the functions and creation of solutions in Microsoft 365 - advanced level

PowerShell skills - medium to advanced level

Microsoft 365 administration - advanced level

Excellent interpersonal skills
