**About the Role**
The Merchant Lifecycle team sits at the heart of the Commerce Enablement group, where we believe in delivering a WOW experience for merchants in order to achieve the mission of empowering businesses to grow.
There are 3 units within the Merchant Lifecycle that equip themselves by making use of each other's strength, just like nature's very own confederation; ostriches & zebras.
As Merchant Lifecycle Strategy Senior Associate, you will assist everyone in driving data-driven strategies and playing an important role in the new data-driven operating model, where you will focus on relentless execution of experiments to drive optimization and instrument data for a fast feedback loop.
You will also assist the units in strategizing and executing projects in driving loyalty, supporting business growth, and delivering merchant-centric experience through listening to the voices of merchants and managing demand.
**What You Will Do**:
- Lead and initiate the capturing of meaningful data to create analysis and drive actionable insights in addressing business problems within the scope of Merchant Lifecycle
- Instrument data through control towers for a fast feedback loop, to monitor end-to-end merchant journey, and to track success metrics across POS & GoStore products
- Execute the review and improvement points of customer success analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive engagement actions, feature adoption, and demand management in data-driven and innovative ways
- Drive relentless execution of experiments in driving optimization
- Assist and execute strategic projects within Merchant Lifecycle
**What You Will Need**:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- At least 2 years of working experience in a strategic data analytics role
- Data-driven with a commitment to the process
- Track record of coordination in complex customer environments at executive and department levels
- Strong project management skills and an ability to multitask without getting frazzled
- Strong presentation skills
