We are now looking for a position Merchandising Manager with explained below :
Responsibilities:
Make a strategy, planning and execution of raw material procurement; execute the plan within budgeted price and volume (commodity limit included)
Searching for alternative raw materials /sources to get a competitive price
Monitor the commodities movement and make reports to BLT on regular basis.
Requirement Skills :
General management and leadership skill
Strong analytical and good communication skill
Determine and effective negotiator
Creative, innovative and high motivation
Have a strong business sense and high attention to detail
Proven problem solving/decision making abilities
Adaptable within a new and challenging environment
Strong ethic and ability to act independently under minimum supervision
General Requirements :
Bachelor Degree from business management or industrial engineering or chemical engineering or comparable.
5 years working experience in Procurement or Marketing field in managerial level
Prefered experienced at chemical, agriculture or food industry
Fluent in English
